We do not accept returns on prints or chapbooks unless they are damaged.
Chapbook orders will be sent via Royal Mail. If your package does not arrive Royal Mail requires us to wait for 14 working days before we are able to raise a claim. Please contact us in these circumstances.
If the item is damaged we will require you to send us pictures of the damage. You will be liable for the return postage and we will either refund the value of the item or replace it, whichever you prefer. Please note that as we deal with limited editions in some cases we may not have any remaining stock to make a replacement. In this case we will refund the cost of the item minus the postage.
Should you wish to purchase more than one item please call or email so that we can weigh your package and work out an exact price for you.
All orders are processed securely online using PayPal. You can also use your credit / debit card through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to do this.
Orders are posted usually within three working days.
For chapbooks I use A1 all-board envelopes. Prints are either packaged flat in heavy duty cardboard packaging or in a heavy duty cardboard tube for larger prints. All items are either sealed in polythene sleeves or in the case of prints wrapped in acid-free tissue paper before posting.
